CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 11-059 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7, RELATING TO <br /> SOCIAL HOST LIABILITY <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 11- 05, approved by the City <br /> Council of the City of Pequot Lakes, on the 6th day of September, 2011. <br /> The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter 7 of the City Code to add <br /> Article 6 to establish social host liability regulations regarding hosting an event where <br /> alcohol is present and being possessed or consumed by persons under twenty-one (21) <br /> years of age.
