i. The Zoning Administrator shall review the legal <br /> description to ensure it has been prepared by a licensed <br /> surveyor. <br /> ii. The Zoning Administrator shall visit the site and verify that <br /> the proposed lot lines, as staked by the Land Surveyor, do <br /> not create any encroachments and provide adequate <br /> buildable area. <br /> iii. The City Attorney shall validate that the property owner <br /> has the authority to subdivide the property. <br /> C. Approval. <br /> i. Once the items in(A)have been submitted and the items in <br /> (B)have been completed to the satisfaction of the Zoning <br /> Administrator,the Zoning Administrator may approve the <br /> application. <br /> ii.
