BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PEQUOT LAKES, MINNESOTA,that based upon the record,testimony and evidence <br /> presented at said hearing and the above findings, the City Council makes the following: <br /> CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER <br /> 1. That both having killed a domestic animal (Teddy)without provocation while off <br /> of the Applicant's property, Applicants' dogs Kuda and Koko are both dangerous <br /> dogs as defined in Minn. Stat. sec. 347.50, subd. 2(2). <br /> 2. That the City Police Department's February 12, 2014 dangerous dog declarations <br /> with respect to Kuda and Koko are hereby affirmed in their entireties. <br /> 3. That with respect to both Kuda and Koko, Applicant shall fully comply with the <br /> registration requirements for a dangerous dog contained in Minn. Stat. sec. <br /> 347.5 1,the requirements for keeping and caring for a dangerous dog contained in <br /> Minn. Stat. secs. 347.515-.512 and all other applicable requirements of Minn. <br /> Stat. Ch. 347, and that should Applicant fail to do so, the City's Police <br /> Department shall follow the confiscation and disposition procedures contained in <br /> Minn.
