CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER <br /> 1. That Mya did NOT inflict a bite on a domestic animal (Cassie) without provocation <br /> while off of the Applicant's property, Applicants' dog Mya is a potentially dangerous <br /> dog as defined in Minn. Stat. sec. 347.50, subd. 3(1). <br /> 2.
