The City Code states <br /> in Section 17-11.2 (2)Board of Adjustment,that ".Duties of the Board of Adjust meet. To <br /> consider appeals f om the action of the Zoning Administrator wherein the Board will take <br /> the authority of the Administrator." This section of the City Code allows you to seek <br /> another interpretation. There is no formal process for this to take place, so I suggest we <br /> proceed as follows: <br /> 1. Notify me in writing within the next ten(10)days of your desire to appeal my <br /> decision; <br /> 2. After receipt of your request, I will schedule an onsite meeting with you,two <br /> Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment members and possibly the City <br /> W Planner; <br /> i''> C" 3. You will need to provide a site plan indicating what that area of the yard was like <br /> prior to the construction of the fire pit, explain how the area was constructed and <br /> W <br /> how many cubic yards of material was used to fill it; <br /> LU <br /> W 4. The Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment members will report to the full <br /> 0 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment at the September 20, 2012 meeting. <br /> 5.
