Botham <br />*Call Meeting to Order <br />5:15 p.m. Commissioner Peterson welcomed everyone <br />*Consider Agenda/ Changes <br />No Changes <br />*Consent A�enda/Regular Meetin� <br />Accept the Minutes and Bills <br />Moved by Ritter, Seconded by Youngberg, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />*West Grove <br />The close date for the Bond is May 24th 2012. All is on schedule and looks good. Certificate & Joint Powers <br />Agreement were signed. <br />*Siblev Terrace <br />Revised the 2010 CFP Budget and HUD form 52574 was signed <br />Moved by Peterson, Seconded by Ritter, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />Large T.V. was donated to Sibley Terrace Community Room by an area resident, and the Sibley Terrace <br />Tenants sold the old one on the annual City Wide Garage Sale that was held on May 10-12. <br />*ParkView <br />Large Power outage at ParkView I involving our transformer by the front door. It will be an extensive job for <br />the power company to fix. A temporary fix was done to restore power to the building until the complete <br />process could be done at a later date. <br />We are warking on filling the only vacancy we have which is in the ParkView II building. <br />�-Alpine <br />No Business <br />*Executive Director's report. <br />Accept the revision to the Personnel Policy that correctly states the name of our Retirement Fund <br />company from Life Associates to Security Benefits, as well as changing the wording from <br />retirement to resignation. <br />Moved by Ritter, Seconded by Hofius, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />June 12�' we will be visited by 1VIFHA to check on the ParkVIew properties <br />Discussion of the burning of candles within units has been tabled until the next Board Meeting. <br />Fire Code will be looked into by Peterson and Director Carlson will check with other HRAs on <br />their policies. <br />*Maintenance Engineer's report <br />Maintenance Engineer out on Workman's Comp.
