First and foremost I would like to thank you for meeting with me on my family's property on Lower.Cullen Lake to discuss the fallen tree; I also want to thank you for your willingness to listen as I explained what `., occurred instead of basing your conclusions on what you learned from a few people who reacted without being fully informed. I agree with what you stated when we met. We are not dealing with a"calamity"here. I also expressed to you that it seemed like a waste of time, not to mention a waste of taxpayer's money, to make such a production over a fallen tree. Because that is exactly what we have in this case; a dead tree that fell and was removed from a trail that connects our property to our neighbor's property. To ensure that everyone is on the same page after our meeting,I want to make a record of a few important points. First, I agreed that my family has no plans at this time to use this area of our property where the tree fell. Our only current intent is to keep the trail clear between our property and the neighbor's property. That being said,we of course reserve the right to use any,and all parts of our property as . we as a family see fit to do in the fitture. My statements were by no means,meant to convey to you that we agreed not to use any part of our property in the future if we choose to do so.
