COMMUNITY City of <br /> GRowmH Pequot <br /> INSTITUTE {eC=Zz- <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> Application: Metes and Bounds Subdivision <br /> Applicant: Donald Babinski <br /> Agenda Item:7(a) <br /> Background Information: The applicant is requesting a metes and bounds <br /> subdivision for a property located at the south end of Olson Road, immediately south of <br /> Pequot Pines and Estates. The property is 12.7 acres and is zoned Light Industrial. The <br /> applicant is proposing to split a 3.68 acre tract from the subject property. The land that <br /> is being split from the subject property is currently vacant. The remnant tract will <br /> surround the proposed tract from the north, east and south. The west boundary of the <br /> proposed parcel is adjacent to South Oak Street. The applicant intends to build an <br /> apartment complex on the property(Application 12-4153)• <br /> 25!71512�:H�]i9 <br /> 2W1513?YA�x9 <br /> :9 <br /> '".h <br /> IML <br /> AL <br /> x� <br /> c <br /> ; e <br /> The "remnant tract" contains five storage buildings. Three of which are located north of <br /> "Tract A" and two of which are located south of "Tract A". The existing buildings will <br /> meet the required setback to the newly created property lines. The proposed property <br /> will be accessed via a private bituminous drive in the northeast corner of the proposed <br /> tract.
