Parcel ID is: <br /> `.. 290151300HY0009. <br /> Purpose: Application is to construct 29 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom apartment <br /> units in the Light Industrial zoning classification. The apartments would be for <br /> individuals 65 years of age and older and would be a one-story structure. The building <br /> would include a gathering room, a laundry room and a mechanical room.
