Mr. Walberg was in attendance. Bittner explained the Planning Commission approval in <br /> July, 2011 and that Mr. Walberg has indicated his plans for repair, storage and salvage on <br /> a site plan. <br /> Mr. Walberg clarified what is taking place. He is not doing auto salvage; he has had 2 <br /> cars in 6 months to salvage. He was being thorough. He doesn't plan to do any repair <br /> work to customer autos;just the cars that are for sale, only his cars. He is not advertising <br /> to do auto repair. He will do simple things that don't involve oil. He is not set up to do <br /> that and does not wish to do that type of work. <br /> Mr. Adams asked if preparing vehicles for sale change the use r. ohn stated the <br /> Planning Commission tried to be accommodating to allow t ail use. The question is <br /> whether it still fits the narrow definition or do we need t t the CUP process. <br /> Mr. Walberg stated he should have brought it to th ng Comm s attention, but <br /> he assumed they would have known he would b ing cars for sale;th standard <br /> operating procedures. <br /> The drawing was supplied by Mr. Walberg. Motion carried. Cheri Seils abstained and Chairman Pederson did not vote. <br /> b. Fence Discussion <br /> Bittner explained she had received a request for a 6 foot fence where only 60 inch fences <br /> are allowed.
