this Section. <br /> (f) No more than one sign per entrance to the development <br /> shall be allowed, with each sign meeting the provisions <br /> contained herein. <br /> (g) Any lighting of the sign shall be external, downward <br /> directional, and hooded so as to prevent glare and to <br /> maintain the character of the neighborhood. <br /> (2) Business Identification Silans are permitted in the residential <br /> districts listed above and must meet the following criteria: <br /> (a) One free standing sign per property shall be permitted. <br /> (b) Properties located adjacent to a roadway with a speed limit <br /> 55 miles per hour or greater: <br /> (i) Two-sided. free standing signs shall not exceed 32 sq. <br /> ft. per side. <br /> (c) Properties located adjacent to a roadway with a speed limit <br /> less than 55 miles per hour: <br /> (i) Two-sided. free standing signs shall not exceed 16 sq. <br /> ft. <br /> (d) For buildings setback less than 100 feet from the edge of a <br /> public roadway. up to 10% of any principal or accessory <br /> facade area which directiv abut and lines generally parallel <br /> to the road right-of-way or publicly traveled roadway may <br /> be dedicated to signage. <br /> (e) For buildings setback more than 100 feet from the edge of a <br /> public roadway. up to 15% of any principal or accessory <br /> facade area which directly abut and lines generally parallel <br /> to the road right-of-wav or Publicly traveled roadway may <br /> be dedicated to signne. <br /> A. Commercial and Industrial Districts. <br />
