When you are ready to transfer title of one of the parcels, you will need to bring <br /> the deed to City Hall as we need to sign it indicating City approval, affixing the City Seal <br /> prior to the deed being recorded. <br /> The City Attorney pointed out that there is a mortgage in favor of Annandale State Bank. <br /> He suggested that you contact the bank to inform them of your plans to subdivide. In <br /> addition, I failed to collect the $300 Subdivision fee when you made application.
