As you stated during the site visit, a portion of the <br /> ice ridge was removed after a large tree that was growing in the ice ridge was naturally uprooted. <br /> Per our agreement, the natural vegetation you planted shall be allowed to grow and the area of <br /> the ice ridge that was removed shall not be used for ingress/egress to the lake.
