Zoning Administrator's Report A. July Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the Zoning Department: 1. Rob & Holly Eckhoff, 6017 Akerson Road, for wetland fill; 2. Randy Loukota, 31109 Bell Avenue, for a fence; 3. Michael Jennings, 3920 West Grove Street, for a deck; 4. Deborah Brewer, 3821 West Lake Street, for an addition; 5. Sarah Blaeser, 31039 County Road 112, for a sign; 6. Kyle Krueger, 28337 County Road 107, for an accessory structure; 7. Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 30685 Front Street, for a garage. *** Permit applications through July, 2012 are 37, compared with 32 for 2011, 42 for 2010, 37 for 2009, 63 for 2008, 78 for 2007, 73 for 2006, 98 for 2005 and 84 for 2004! i I B. July 19 letter to John Lockie regarding un-mowed grass; 3. July 19 letter to Annette Hervey regarding un-mowed grass; 4. July 23 letter to Frostbite of Baxter regarding exterior storage; 5. July 23 letter to Shannon Schmidt regarding exterior storage and After-the-Fact permit; 6. July 27 letter to Robert Murphy regarding Industrial Park lot subdivision; 7. August 1 letter to Tom and Toni Fleck regarding site visit; 8. August 1 letter to David Koblas regarding After-the-Fact Application; 9. August 1 email to Linda Whitman regarding additional antennae on existing tower; 10. August 2 letter to Dan Hurley, Ryanland, regarding restoration; 11. August 2 letter to Douglas & Linda Cooper regarding restoration; C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions.
