At a minimum,you will need to apply <br /> to rezone this parcel prior to subdivision. <br /> I am enclosing three potential ways to divide the property. These are only suggestions <br /> `., from Staff; I am also enclosing two blank sheets for you to indicate your desires if they <br /> are different than those provided. <br /> Please note that not all of these subdivisions can take place at the same time without <br /> going through the platting process. The City Code states in Section 17-11.9 "No more <br /> than one (1) split into two (2)parcels shall be allowed in a three (3)year period of time." <br /> We would like to sit down with you to discuss what you would like to do.
