Zoning Administrator's Report A. March Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the Zoning Department: 1. BLMM, LLC, 30713 Highway 371, for a sign; 2. Mid-Minnesota Federal Credit Union, 30483 State Highway 371, for a sign. *** Permit applications through March, 2012 are 10, compared with 11 for 2011, 9 for 2010, 3 for 2009, 15 for 2008, 15 for 2007, 20 for 2006, 20 for 2005 and 22 for 2004! B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last meeting: 1. March 16 letter to Charles and Beverly Peterson regarding subdivision of property; 2. March 19 letter to Kay Triden regarding non-conforming structure; 3. March 22 letter to Jessie Nornberg regarding License and Maintenance Agreement for Directional Signs; 4. March 22 letter to Pamela Benson and Wayne Fjerstad regarding Variance denial; 5. March 26 letter to Ashley Sullivan regarding a new fence; 6. March 26 letter to Todd and Vicki Trees regarding failing SSTS; 7. March 26 letter to Nathan Walberg regarding used car lot; 8. March 28 letter to Michael Hogan regarding construction of a two-way radio tower; 9. March 29 letter to Nathan Walberg regarding upcoming meeting; 10. March 29 letter to Lloyd Wass regarding Used Car Lot; 11. March 29 letter from Scott Sadusky regarding inspection; 12. April 2 letter to Loretta Joy Hillier regarding Lloyd Wass violation; 13. April 5 letter to Damian Bonicatto regarding septic Compliance Inspection. C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. ➢ Virgil Dahl—This matter has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney.
