Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. March 16 letter to Charles and Beverly Peterson regarding subdivision of <br /> property; <br /> 2. March 19 letter to Kay Triden regarding non-conforming structure; <br /> 3. March 22 letter to Jessie Nornberg regarding License and Maintenance <br /> Agreement for Directional Signs; <br /> 4. March 22 letter to Pamela Benson and Wayne Fjerstad regarding Variance denial; <br /> 5. March 26 letter to Ashley Sullivan regarding a new fence; <br /> 6. March 26 letter to Todd and Vicki Trees regarding failing SSTS; <br /> 7. March 26 letter to Nathan Walberg regarding used car lot; <br /> 8. March 28 letter to Michael Hogan regarding construction of a two-way radio <br /> tower; <br /> 9. March 29 letter to Nathan Walberg regarding upcoming meeting; <br /> 10. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl—This matter has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. <br /> (10/06) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary—Extensive grading.
