March 6, 2012 <br /> I received a complaint that there were 23 automobiles and 1 bus at this site, March 5. <br /> I spoke with Nathan Walberg March 6 (I misspelled his name in the Minutes). He has no <br /> more than 15 cars displayed for sale. The ones in back need repair and some may belong <br /> to customers whose cars need repair. <br /> He also has Budget PC operating from the same building. Some of the cars parked in <br /> front may be customers of either Budget PC or Budget Auto; not all automobiles may be <br /> for sale. <br /> He will supply a site plan and plans for signage within 10 days, March 16. <br /> I informed him that the Planning Commission may require some type of fencing at the <br /> rear of the building to screen vehicles that are not for sale. <br /> *** Note to File: <br /> Crow Wing Auto Body is operating under a CUP from Crow Wing County for Auto <br /> Body Repair— 1993. <br /> Watt Auto is operating under a CUP from Sibley Township for Auto Repair—2002. <br /> ***Mr. Walberg may be operating an auto repair facility with no CUP. <br />
