It was determined that the proposed car <br /> dealership would be classified as a"retail use"and would be allowed to have up to 15 cars <br /> on display. It was also determined that if applicant wished increase the amount of cars <br /> for sale on the property,a conditional use permit would be required. <br /> Mr. Walberg is proposing to expand the use of the property by including the repair of <br /> vehicles. Such a use which would typically require a conditional use permit in the <br /> Commercial Zone.
