Council Meeting Notes: <br /> ➢ The City Council meeting was held December 4. The following is an excerpt <br /> from the draft Minutes: <br /> 6.1. Preliminary Plat— SuperValu Addition to Peguot Lakes— Steven and Ruth <br /> Quisbera <br /> Justin Burslie addressed the Council regarding the SuperValu addition to <br /> Pequot Lakes. He explained that the proposed plat cleans up the property <br /> by consolidating four parcels into one and allows the City to verify the <br /> location of structures and the amount of impervious surface coverage on <br /> the property. He noted that the Planning Commission is recommending <br /> that the plats be approved when the final documents are submitted. Justin <br /> stated that the new survey indicates that the impervious coverage <br /> requirement is exceeded by 2%. He noted that the City attorney <br /> recommends that the Council not take action on the plat until the <br /> impervious coverage issue is resolved. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO TABLE THE PRELIMINARY <br /> AND FINAL PLATS UNTIL THE IMPERVIOUS COVEAGE IS <br /> ADRESSED. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> Justin noted that the Planning Commission recommended that the <br /> pathways on the property remain private. <br /> ➢ The City Council meeting was held January 8, 2013. The following is an excerpt <br /> from the draft Minutes: <br /> 6.3. Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> Council Member Pederson informed the Council that the Comprehensive <br /> Plan would be on the February Council agenda for adoption. <br /> January, 2013 Staff Report Page 2 <br />
