The subject property is <br /> approximately 21 acres and is located in the Rural Residential Zone. The property <br /> contains a single family dwelling, two accessory structures and a private well and sewer <br /> system. The applicant is proposing to subdivide the property into a 5 acre tract and a 16 <br /> acre tract. <br /> Proposed"Tract A" is 5 acres in size and contains a single family dwelling, two accessory <br /> structures and a private well and sewer system. All of the existing structures on the <br /> proposed property meet the setback requirements of the Rural Residential Zone. The <br /> proposed property has approximately 550 feet of frontage on Evenson Road, and has <br /> private driveway on that road. The total impervious surface coverage of "Tract A" is <br /> 4.7%. <br /> Proposed "Tract B" is approximately 16 acres in size and is heavily wooded. There are <br /> currently no structures contained on the proposed property.
