Tim Houle stated that WSN can provide a proposal in working with the <br /> council and planning &zoning. Mr. Houle stated that ADA requirements <br /> may become an issue, so a phased approach may be needed. <br /> Mayor Adams stated that she would like a stop sign at the intersection of <br /> Oriole Street and North Washington Avenue. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO REQUEST'A PROPOSAL <br /> FROM WSN FOR DESIGN OF NORTH WASHINGTON AVENUE. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> D. Potential. Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl—We have had new complaints regarding the exterior storage <br /> and animals, the violation process will begin again. Mr. Dahl has <br /> indicated he would like to make improvements with the <br /> structures/dwellings. Staff is working out an agreement that includes <br /> resolution of violation issues. (10/o6 to present) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary— Extensive grading. Mr. Peterson has been fined by the <br /> MPCA and the MPCA is monitoring restoration. (7/o8) <br /> ➢ David and Renee Anderson— Lot Line Encroachment(6/1o) <br /> Mike Pestello—Exterior storage at used car lot. (4/12) <br /> ➢ Doug Cooper—Grading in STZ. (4/12) <br /> ➢ Wayne Vold—Travel Trailers. Trailers have not been moved and property <br /> owner has not contacted Staff. (7/12) <br /> ➢ Nathan Walberg—Too many used autos on lot.
