`. <br />RESOLUTION 12- <br />A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE CSAH 11 CORRIDOR STUDY REPORT <br />WHEREAS, Crow Wing County, in anticipation of a mill and overlay improvement <br />project along County Road (CSAH) 11, wanted to identify areas of concern <br />and safety prior to making such improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the study area included the corridor between Pequot Lakes and Breezy <br />Point; and <br />WHEREAS, the County hired Bolton & Menk to facilitate a transportation study of this <br />corridor looking at capacity and safety including long range needs; and <br />WHEREAS, a study group including participants from Ideal and Jenkins Townships, <br />the Cities of Pequot Lakes and Breezy Point along with representatives of <br />Independent School District #186 considered the needs and future of the <br />corridor; and <br />WHEREAS, Crow Wing County has presented the final CSAH 11 Corridor Study Report <br />`. to the City of Pequot Lakes and has requested the City to adopt a <br />resolution in support of the study. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Pequot Lakes City Council that the City <br />supports the CSAH 11 Corridor study of 2012. <br />Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 5t" day of June, 2012. <br />Attest: <br />Sandra Peine, City Clerk <br />� <br />Nancy Adams, Mayor <br />
