�- Justin Burslie informed the Council that the Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the preliminary and final plat requests by SuperValu. He stated <br /> that the Planning Commission granted an after-the-fact variance to <br /> SuperValu which resolved the impervious coverage issue. Justin noted <br /> that the Planning Commission is recommending approval of the <br /> preliminary and final plats. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAT APPLICATION FOR THE SUPERVALU <br /> ADDITION TO PEQUOT LAKES BASED ON THE 12 FINDINGS OF <br /> FACT INCLUDED IN THE REPORT. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE FINAL <br /> PLAT APPLICATION FOR THE SUPERVALU ADDITION TO PEQUOT <br /> LAKES, BASED ON THE 6 FINDINGS OF FACT INCLUDED IN THE <br /> REPORT. COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 6.4. Future Sale of Tax Forfeited Land <br /> Justin Burslie informed the Council that the Planning Commission is <br /> recommending that the tax forfeit property be reclassified as non- <br /> conservation with the recommendation that the County offer the subject <br /> property to the other owner who owns one-half interest in the property. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> RECLASSIFICATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY (PID <br /> #290351302AOOABO) TO "NON-CONSERVATION" AND RECOMMEND <br /> THE COUNTY OFFER THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO THE OTHER <br /> ONE-HALF INTEREST PROPERTY OWNER BY DIRECT SALE TO <br /> THAT PARTY PRIOR TO AUCTIONING THE SUBJECT ONE-HALF <br /> INTEREST OWNERSHIP TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4- <br /> 0. <br /> 9.1. Stop Signs at Intersection of North Washington and Oriole Street <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 13- <br /> 08 AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF TWO STOP SIGNS AT THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF NORTH WASHINGTON STREET AND ORIOLE <br /> STREET.
