�- Justin Burslie informed the Council that the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary and final plat requests by SuperValu. He stated that the Planning Commission granted an after-the-fact variance to SuperValu which resolved the impervious coverage issue. Justin noted that the Planning Commission is recommending approval of the preliminary and final plats. COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT APPLICATION FOR THE SUPERVALU ADDITION TO PEQUOT LAKES BASED ON THE 12 FINDINGS OF FACT INCLUDED IN THE REPORT. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT APPLICATION FOR THE SUPERVALU ADDITION TO PEQUOT LAKES, BASED ON THE 6 FINDINGS OF FACT INCLUDED IN THE REPORT. COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. 6.4. Future Sale of Tax Forfeited Land Justin Burslie informed the Council that the Planning Commission is recommending that the tax forfeit property be reclassified as non- conservation with the recommendation that the County offer the subject property to the other owner who owns one-half interest in the property. COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO APPROVE THE RECLASSIFICATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY (PID #290351302AOOABO) TO "NON-CONSERVATION" AND RECOMMEND THE COUNTY OFFER THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO THE OTHER ONE-HALF INTEREST PROPERTY OWNER BY DIRECT SALE TO THAT PARTY PRIOR TO AUCTIONING THE SUBJECT ONE-HALF INTEREST OWNERSHIP TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4- 0. 9.1. Stop Signs at Intersection of North Washington and Oriole Street COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 13- 08 AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF TWO STOP SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH WASHINGTON STREET AND ORIOLE STREET.
