Proposed "Tract B" is approximately six acres and is lies west of Hurtig Road. It is adjacent to both Hurtig Road and County Road 168. "Tract B" does not contain any structures. The property owner has applied to rezone the 5 acres to Rural Residential. The"Remainder Tract"is approximately five acres and contains a storage structure. The north portion of the "Remainder Tract" is zoned Commercial while the south portion is zoned Forest Management. The property owner has applied to rezone the south portion of the "Remainder Tract" so that it may have the same zoning classification as the north half.
