CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 16- <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNING AUTHORITY ALLOWING ACCESS TO <br /> MINNESOTA GOVERNMENT ACCESS (MGA) ACCOUNTS FOR ELECTRONIC <br /> COURT RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the new Minnesota Government Access Accounts, allowing government <br /> agencies to view appropriate electronic court records and documents stored in the <br /> Minnesota Court Information System for cases in Minnesota district courts, require <br /> authorization from the governing body. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Pequot Lakes, <br /> Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. Approves and authorizes the Police Department Office Manager to sign the <br /> Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Data Services for <br /> Governmental Agencies. <br /> 2. Approves and authorizes that the Police Department Office Manager is the <br /> designated Authorized Representative for the Pequot Lakes Police Department. <br /> The Authorized Representative is also authorized to sign any subsequent <br /> amendment or agreement that may be required by the State of Minnesota to <br /> maintain the City's connection to the systems and tools offered by the State. <br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council on this 3rd day of May, 2016. <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> By: David Sjoblad, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> By: Nancy Malecha, City Administrator/Clerk <br />
