The Public Hearings begin at 7:00 p.m. <br /> You have requested to rezone 12.56 acres of your property from Agriculture to Forest <br /> Management, as described in the City Code. The purpose and intent of the Forest <br /> Management zone is to provide a zoning classification that allows for the sustainable <br /> management of forested areas,to establish and maintain timber resources, to protect the <br /> natural environment, to preserve undeveloped areas and to provide recreation <br /> opportunities. Development patterns are characterized as very low-density residential <br /> without municipal utility service and with only limited demand for accessibility.
