Discussion of CSAH li east of Bergquist Drive: Bike/Snowmobile Trail: It is necessary to have a trail system east to Breezy Point. Driving Lanes: That area of CSAH 11 functions as a road, not as a street. The lanes should be kept narrow and the width should be consistent with the remainder of CSAH it going west. Sidewalks/Crosswalks: Sidewalks are a maintenance issue. is not necessary to run sidewalks all the way to the new highway. Sidewalks end at Bergquist Drive or go just beyond in front of Ideal Systems. On t outh side of CSAH 11, the sidewalk should end at Gravdahl Drive at the S i ges. Parking: There is no need for parallel parking, we ne plan for space to add it as the area is developed. Parallel p ng on the north hould extend east to Bergquist Drive.
