Mr. Walberg stated the City needs to offer a choice. <br /> Planning Commission Member Brown stated as a small business owner herself, <br /> she can appreciate where he is coming from. Ms. Brown further stated the <br /> Planning Commission had looked at the definitions initially and looked at <br /> alternative ways to make his business work without a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> She further stated she is disappointed there have been complaints and that the <br /> number of vehicles allowed are not going to work.
