MINUTES <br /> PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> June 27, 2013 <br /> PRESENT: Deb Brown, Mark Hallan,James Oraskovich and Cheri Seils. <br /> ABSENT: Scott Snyder and Wesley Wilson. <br /> CITY PLANNER: Justin Burslie, Community Growth Inst' <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR: Dawn Bittner <br /> COUNCIL LIAISON: None. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chair, t 7:01 m. <br /> APPLICANT: Patricia Dittes <br /> Applicant requests a Metes ounds Suli�ion <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Rep licant was a t, as well as Cindy <br /> Hidde, Stonemark Land Surveying. <br /> Mr. Burslie explained ndition in in t ff Report proposes an <br /> e <br /> P <br /> easement on Tract o o r of Tra B for access. The dashed <br /> rtY <br /> line on the surve umab ndicates a dew driveway for access to Tract B. <br /> Cindy Hidde stated th plans to construct the new driveway <br /> and add a e do r acce� a garage;there is no need for the <br /> easem Mr. B �conc d. <br /> Planm mmission b aIlan questioned Finding of Fact Number 8, <br /> which sta " he ro o side lot lines are at right angles to the existing road <br /> �j P P 9 9 9 <br /> line and the erty li f the adjacent property." He stated the side lot lines <br /> are not at righ es t e roadways. He inquired as to the intent and further <br /> stated it should b rded or struck. <br /> Mr. Burslie pointed out Section 17-9.4 which lists the Design Layout Standards. <br /> In this situation the lake is not at a right angle and what they are proposing is not <br /> un-orderly. <br /> Planning Commission Member Hallan suggested rewording Finding of Fact <br /> Number 8 to state: The proposed side lot lines are radial to the lakeshore and <br /> parallel to the existing property line of the adjacent property. <br /> MINUTES 1 <br /> Pequot Lakes Planning Commission <br /> Special Meeting <br /> June 27, 2013 <br />
