Smith <br /> Property Description: Property is located at 30827 Pequot Blvd. Parcel ID is: <br /> 290152101J00889. <br /> Purpose: Application is for a Variance from the minimum lot size requirements for the <br /> Shoreline Residential zoning classification. Applicant proposes to subdivide a parcel <br /> 367.30 feet wide into three conforming 100-foot lots and one lot 67.30 feet wide. The <br /> minimum lot width in the Shoreline Residential zone is 100 feet. All interested persons <br /> are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to City Hall. <br /> Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are available at City Hall at least <br /> one week prior to the hearing date.
