At that time we asked that you <br /> notify the City in writing what steps you planned to take to resolve this issue. <br /> To date you have moved the fence and landscaping from your neighbors property. <br /> You have also provided verbal updates of your attempts to negotiate the purchase <br /> of a portion of your neighbor's property in order to meet the minimum side yard <br /> setback.
