I visited this property yesterday and there has been no attempt to mow this lawn. As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the City Code,we would like the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no later than September 7, 2013 you mow your grass and maintain a neat yard for the remainder of the season. Failure to comply with the City Code by September 7, 2013 will prompt us to take more aggressive action. This would likely include Administrative Fines in the amount of$100.0o per day for each day the violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing you to comply with the City Code and could potentially include criminal action. You will be responsible to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in remedying this violation. This would include any consultant fees or other professional services that City Staff determines is necessary, including but not limited to the City Planner,the City Engineer or the City Attorney.
