P City <br /> equC(DPY <br /> L <br /> August 27, 2013 <br /> SECOND LETTER <br /> Kristin Larsen <br /> PO Box 546 <br /> Pequot Lakes, MN 56472 <br /> Re: Potential City Code Violation <br /> 30924 South Heath Street <br /> PIN: 291000010110009 — 291000010130009 <br /> Dear Mrs. Larsen: <br /> On August 13, 2013 I sent you a letter indicating the lawn at the above-captioned <br /> location was in need of mowing and per our City Code it would need to be <br /> addressed within the next ten (10) days. <br /> I visited this property yesterday and there has been no attempt to mow this lawn. <br /> As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the City Code,we would like <br /> the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting <br /> that by no later than September 7, 2013 you mow your grass and <br /> maintain a neat yard for the remainder of the season. <br /> Failure to comply with the City Code by September 7, 2013 will prompt us to take <br /> more aggressive action. This would likely include Administrative Fines in the <br /> amount of$100.0o per day for each day the violation continues, civil action to <br /> obtain a court order directing you to comply with the City Code and could <br /> potentially include criminal action. You will be responsible to reimburse <br /> the City for any expenses incurred in remedying this violation.
