City df
Pequot
Lies
October 7, 2013
David and Deborah Lind
30367 Pequot Blvd.
Pequot Lakes,MN 56472
Re: Impervious Surface Coverage Variance
Dear Mr.and Mrs. Lind:
Thank you for meeting with me and our City Planner,Justin Burslie,September 3, 2013. The
purpose of the site visit was to verify the removal of impervious surface coverage per condition
of approval of your Variance application 10-3653. Mr. Burslie informed the Planning
Commission at their regular meeting September 19, 2013 that the improvements have been
made and satisfy the condition of approval.
Mr. Burshe further noted that the hard packed gravel area located northeast of the existing
detached accessory structure has been replaced with large river rock. It was the consensus of
the Planning Commission that the surface is more pervious than hard packed gravel, but that it
should not be used for parking.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
C: Planning Commission
4638 COUN'ry RO,D 11 ' PEQUOT Lags,iVIN 56472° (218) 568-5222' F vx: (218) 568-5860.www.pequodakes-mn.gov
