A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Hallan, seconded by Planning <br /> Commission Member Brown,to approve the July 17, 2014 Minutes, as corrected. All <br /> members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Zoning Administrator Bittner pointed out the 10 Land Use Permits issued in July and <br /> the 16 letters or Memos sent or received since the July Planning Commission Meeting. <br /> The following Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions were discussed: <br /> 1. Virgil Dahl — Bittner informed the Planning Commission that she would be <br /> testifying at the hearing Friday,August 22. <br /> 2. John and Barbara Derksen — Bittner informed the Planning Commission that the <br /> City Attorney had written to the Derksen's and they were directed to correct the <br /> code violations and public nuisance conditions by August 22. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Habein, seconded by Planning <br /> Commission Member Hallan, to adjourn the meeting. All members voted"aye". Motion <br /> carried.
