ABSENT: Deb Brown <br /> 9 <br /> 10 CITY PLANNER: Justin Burslie, Community Growth Institute <br /> 11 <br /> 12 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR: Absent. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 CITY COUNCIL LIAISONS: Jerry Akerson and Nancy Adams <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 DOWNTOWN PLAN UPDATE: <br /> 18 Implementation — Mr. Burslie explained how many of the goals in the <br /> 19 Comprehensive Plan apply directly to the downtown area and the Downtown Plan. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 The "Implementation" section of the Downtown Plan was discussed. Minor edits were <br /> 22 made. Discussion was had regarding assigning tasks to individual departments, <br /> 23 committees, or the City Council to ensure they are completed. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 The short-term, mid-term and long-term actions from the comprehensive plan were <br /> 26 reviewed from the"Community Character"and"Housing"sections of the <br /> v Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 The meeting was called to order by Chair Seils at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Chair Seils Opened the Public Hearing. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> 35 APPLICANT: Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC <br /> 36 Applicant requests Final Plat of CIC io79 (Third Amended) <br /> 37 Applicant was present, Thomas Steffens. Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Mr. Burslie explained the City Attorney has suggested that before the city physically <br /> 40 signs the plat (if approved), all copies of quit claim deeds should be reviewed.
