Parcel ID is: <br /> 290263102C00009 and 290263102CA0009. <br /> Purpose: Application is for an After-the-Fact Variance to allow an accessory structure <br /> building height which exceeds the 13-foot maximum building height in the Shoreline <br /> Residential zoning classification. The height of the accessory structure is between 14' <br /> 7.5" and 15' 0", depending on how the wall and roof start/stop locations are defined. All <br /> interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written <br /> comments to City Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are <br /> available at City Hall at least one week prior to the hearing date.
