Council Meeting Notes: <br /> The City Council Meeting was held November 12 and the Minutes were <br /> not complete when this report was drafted. <br /> D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions.
