The subject property is currently <br /> zoned Agriculture. The property owner has applied to rezone the property to Rural <br /> Residential(Application 14-69, agenda item 4a). <br /> The subject property is approximately 41.96 acres and contains a single family dwelling <br /> and two accessory structures. Proposed "Tract A" is vacant while proposed "Tract B" <br /> contains all of the structures on the subject property. All structures on the property are <br /> conforming to Agriculture requirements. Both of the proposed tracts have sufficient <br /> frontage on County Road 112.
