The proposed definition starts the "bottom <br /> measurement"at the average of the base grade. <br /> Current Definition: <br /> 45• Building Height. The vertical distance between the highest adjoining <br /> ground level at the building or ten(io)feet above the lowest ground level, <br /> whichever is lower,and the highest point of a flat roof or average height <br /> between the eaves and the highest ridge of gable,hip or gambrel roofs or <br /> ten feet below the peak,whichever is greater. <br /> Proposed Definition: <br /> 45• Building Height.
