The subject <br /> property is currently zoned Forest Management. The property owner has applied to <br /> rezone the property to Rural Residential(Application 14-4259, agenda item 4b). <br /> The subject property is approximately 25 acres and contains a single family dwelling and <br /> six accessory structures. All structures on the property are <br /> conforming to Rural Residential requirements.
