At this time, the Planning Commission is forwarding you three <br />recommendations. <br />Recommendation #1: Approve rezoning of the property located at 3082� Pequot <br />Boulevard from "Shoreline Commercial" to "Shoreline Residential." <br />Application i3-42i5. Applicant: Patrick Smith. <br />Recommendation #2: Approve the preliminary plat of "Timber Ridge." <br />Application: i3-4216. Applicant: Patrick Smith. <br />Recommendation #g: Approve the final plat of "Timber Ridge." <br />Application: i3-42i�.
