7. The Veteran's Memorial is considered one of cornerstones of the park. It is a place of majesty and <br /> importance as it memorializes the lives of those who have fought for our country. The memorial is <br /> centrally located within in the north side of the park. This is an excellent location due to the nature and <br /> purpose of the memorial. It presents an excellent opportunity to be the centerpiece of the park. <br /> Most veteran's monuments across the country are symmetrical. They consist of straight lines and sharp <br /> edges that create a sense of grandeur.
