As we discussed,you agreed <br /> to make an effort to remove the items beginning at the west end of the fence eastward <br /> past the burn pit, except for the stoves and a few other minor items, by Monday,July 28, <br /> 2014. Chief Mang and I will contact you by telephone on July 28, 2014 to schedule a <br /> visit to see what has taken place. If there has been substantial improvements,we may <br /> be able to make another arrangement to allow you to continue your cleanup efforts. <br /> However, should your efforts fall short of our expectations,the City Attorney has already <br /> provided us with the Summons and Complaint to have served upon you to move forward <br /> with the City's cleanup of your property.
