13. The subject property is adjacent a property zoned"Rural Residential." The <br /> �. other properties adjacent to the subject property are located in the City of <br /> Jenkins. <br /> 14. The proposed reclassification is not considered"spot zoning." <br /> 15. The proposed rezoning is in conformance with the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 16. The future land use map identifies the property as "Forest Management." <br /> Other properties in the vicinity of the subject property are classified as <br /> "Rural Residential." <br /> 17. The subject property meets minimum requirements for the "Rural <br /> Residential'zone. <br /> And subject to the following Condition: <br /> i. Within three months, the private sewer system on the property shall be <br /> inspected.
