In his summary Mr. <br /> Sanoski stated that the property owner must file a Notice of Termination (NOT)with the <br /> MPCA to complete and terminate the project from their system of active permits. <br /> I printed the Notice of Termination and the instructions from the MPCA website and I <br /> completed the NOT with the Permit ID Number, Project Name and Location. Please <br /> complete page 2 where I have indicated with the arrow and submit to the address on <br /> page 1. <br /> If you receive any further information from the MPCA regarding this enforcement <br /> action, please provide a copy to the City.
