Staff Recommendation: We recommend the application be tabled until the amended <br /> plat application is submitted. The conditional use permit amendment application and <br /> the plat applications are interdependent. The public hearing for this application will <br /> allow the Planning Commission and staff to address any preliminary concerns from the <br /> applicant and/or members of the general public. <br /> Overall Site Conditions to Consider: <br /> i. The applicant shall obtain a NPDES/SDS Permit from the Minnesota Pollution <br /> Control Agency, if required. <br /> 2. A vegetation/screening for the entire property acceptable to the City shall be <br /> submitted before construction activities commence. <br /> 3. A lighting plan for the entire property acceptable to the City shall be submitted <br /> before construction activities commence. <br /> 4.
