C. All dwellings or structures with plumbing shall be served by an <br /> individual or common sewage disposal system meeting the <br /> requirements of Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (Chapter <br /> 7080 of the Minnesota Administrative Rules) and Crow Wing <br /> County Ordinances, as amended. <br /> D. All non-conforming systems shall be brought into conformance. <br /> E. Sewage tanks being abandoned shall be thoroughly pumped and <br /> filled with soil. <br /> F. All owners of individual sewage treatment systems shall have the <br /> system assessed every three (3) years according to Minnesota <br /> Pollution Control Agency Rules (Chapter 7080 of the Minnesota <br /> Administrative Rules) and Crow Wing County Ordinances, as <br /> amended. <br /> (1) The person inspecting the system shall provide to the City a <br /> statement that the system appears to be in good working <br /> order or specifying any defects discovered and the sate <br /> such defects were/will be corrected. The form shall also <br /> indicate if the septic tank was pumped. <br /> (2) The Zoning Administrator shall maintain a file by legal <br /> description and shall notify any delinquent property owner <br /> when six (6) months have elapsed beyond the required <br /> period. <br /> (3) The Zoning Administrator, or assistant, shall have the <br /> authority to verify the inspections and/or conduct <br /> inspections on behalf of the City. <br /> Pequot Lakes Staff Report 7(c)-2 <br /> March 20,2014 <br />
