February 18, 2016 Staff Report Page 1 <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator’s Report <br /> <br />A. January Permits: The following permits were issued over the last <br />month by the Zoning Department: <br /> <br />1. Richard German, 27480 West Twin Lake Drive, for an accessory <br />structure; <br />2. Jason Baca, 32514 County Road 112, for an accessory structure; <br />3. Virgil Dahl, 3952 County Road 17, for a mobile home; <br />4. James Byrne, 4948 Olson Road, to amend Land Use Permit #15-82. <br /> <br />B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since <br />the last meeting: <br /> <br />1. February 3 letter to Charles Peterson regarding his 2013 Metes and Bounds <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br />C. Council Meeting Notes: <br />The City Council Meeting was held February 2, 2016. An excerpt from <br />that meeting is included here for your information. <br /> <br />9.2. Pequot Boulevard Improvements <br /> <br /> Tim Houle presented the construction plans and bid timeline for the Pequot <br />Boulevard Improvement Project. Mr. Houle noted that the construction <br />plans address drainage, piping, storm sewer, and ditch check issues. <br /> <br /> Mayor Sjoblad noted that this section of Pequot Boulevard is the absolute <br />worst street in the City. <br /> <br /> Council Member Pederson questioned if there are any right-of-way issues <br />with this project. Mr. Houle noted that the City plans to stay on the same <br />course as the present street pavement. <br /> <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br />CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR THE PEQUOT BOULEVARD <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND ADVERTISING FOR PUBLIC BIDS BASED ON <br />THE TIMELINE PRESENTED WITH BID CONSIDERATION AT THE <br />APRIL 5, 2016 CITY COUNCIL MEETING. COUNCIL MEMBER <br />PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br /> <br />D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br />Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement
