An excerpt from <br />that meeting is included here for your information. <br /> <br /> <br />9.2 Trailside Park Restroom Facility <br /> <br />Tim Houle reviewed the Trailside Park restroom facility bids received <br /> <br />Council Member Loukota stated that the bids were too high. <br /> <br />Council Member Akerson questioned what caused the higher than expected <br />bid prices. Mr. Houle noted that changes by the Park Commission and the <br />City Council relating to aesthetics and utility services due to location caused <br />the higher prices. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVE TO REJECT ALL BIDS RECEIVED <br />FOR THE TRAILSIDE PARK RESTROOM FACILITY. COUNCIL <br />MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />
