An excerpt from that meeting is included here for your information. 9.2 Trailside Park Restroom Facility Tim Houle reviewed the Trailside Park restroom facility bids received Council Member Loukota stated that the bids were too high. Council Member Akerson questioned what caused the higher than expected bid prices. Mr. Houle noted that changes by the Park Commission and the City Council relating to aesthetics and utility services due to location caused the higher prices. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVE TO REJECT ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE TRAILSIDE PARK RESTROOM FACILITY. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
