July 10 letter to Jessie Jane’s Signs and Graphics regarding the Directional <br />Signs; <br />2. July 13 letter to Nathan Walberg regarding his used car lot; <br />3. July 14 letter to John Babinski regarding an advertising van; <br />4. July 17 letter to Preserve LLC regarding their Public Hearing being tabled; <br />5. July 17 letter to Preserve LLC regarding 60-day extension; <br />6. July 28 letter to Pequot Terrace MHP regarding recreational vehicles being <br />allowed to lease spaces; <br />7. July 31 letter to Sarah Blaeser regarding vehicles, trailers and personal <br />property being parked on City property; <br />8. July 31 letter to Roger Saatzer acknowledging vehicles have been removed; <br />9. July 31 letter to William Moen regarding lawn; <br />10. August 6 letter to James and Catharine Funk regarding approval of their <br />CUP request. <br /> <br /> <br />C. Council Meeting Notes: <br />The City Council Meeting was held August 4, 2015. An excerpt from that <br />meeting is included here for your information. <br /> <br />6.1. Planning Commission Report <br /> <br /> The July 28, 2015 Planning Commission Report and the July 16, 2015 <br />Planning Commission Regular Meeting minutes were received by Council. <br /> <br />6.2. Ordinance Amendment Regarding Signs <br /> <br /> Dawn Bittner explained that the Planning Commission is recommending an <br />amendment to the sign ordinance with the elimination of Part 8 relating to <br />gas pricing. Ms. Bittner noted that this Part is in conflict with Part 9 relating <br />to dynamic displays. She further clarified that gas stations can now have <br />more than one pricing display. <br />
